Customer service
Buyers answered, in your words.
Most buyer questions are about an order: where it is, when it ships, how to send it back. When you ask, Shinji drafts each answer from the order and the policy you saved, and sends exactly that on your yes.
Today: buyer replies drafted when you ask, sent on your yes; a ping before a buyer waits too long; reviews checked every day. Coming: answers to common questions sent on their own, inside rules you set; review replies.
Search
Found by shoppers, and by the AI they ask.
Shoppers search, and now they can ask an AI assistant what to buy, too. Shinji checks what they search for, finds the listings that don’t say it, and proposes a clearer title and fuller details, word for word, for your yes. It uses only facts from your listing or from you, so a change never claims more than your product does.

You set the rules. Shinji keeps them.
Save your preferences once, in your own words, and refine them over time. Shinji works inside them and brings you only what’s yours to decide.
Rules you save once.Your criteria for creators, your refund limit, the words you never use. Today each change still waits for your yes. Coming: changes you choose go ahead inside your rules, and you see each one after.
Your yes, where it counts. Each sample decision or buyer reply is sent to TikTok only after you approve it, one change per approval.
Limits it enforces.Up to $30 a change, and $100 and 20 changes a day, reset at midnight UTC. Anything over them stays with you.
Buyer text is data.A buyer’s words are shown to you as a quote, never followed as instructions. Drafts are checked, but read each one.
A computer of its own.Your store gets a private machine. You sign in to your seller dashboard there yourself; Shinji never asks for your password.
Pause, and see everything.Shinji pauses once your tap reaches its computer. Every action is on record: what it read, what you approved, what your store showed after.
Some of TikTok’s own requests that count as reads can change things in your store while Shinji browses. Your approval guards its sample decisions and buyer replies; we don’t promise its browsing never changes anything.
Why we’re building Shinji
Every online store owner will only have to make decisions. An AI operator will do all the other work, and bring them what they need to decide well.
Simple plans. AI included.
Weigh it against your time: the hours you get back, after approvals and corrections.
AI included, every week. Shinji tells you at 90% of your weekly allowance and keeps working. Past 100%, extra use is added to your next invoice: on Basic, another full week’s allowance costs $18. How it’s counted
It starts with a call once you subscribe: we check which work Shinji can do for your store, and set it up with you. Setup is included. Want to talk first? Book a call.
Today, Shinji works in TikTok Shop stores in the US. Answers about your store work once you’re connected; buyer replies and sample decisions switch on during onboarding. Anything marked Coming isn’t in Shinji yet.
Billing starts at checkout, before buyer replies and sample decisions are switched on. If we can’t switch on what we agreed, you can have a full refund. Cancel anytime.
Your data: Claude, by Anthropic, sees what Shinji reads to answer you, which can include your buyers’ names, addresses and messages. Our team can reach your store’s computer, its screen included, to maintain it. More about your data

Before you start.
Is it ready for my store?
Once you subscribe, we start with a call to check which jobs Shinji can do for your store. Today, Shinji works in TikTok Shop stores in the US. Once you’re connected, Shinji answers questions about your store; sample decisions and buyer replies switch on during onboarding. If the call shows Shinji can’t do your store’s work, or we can’t switch on a job we agreed on, we’ll tell you why, and you can have a full refund. Want to ask before you subscribe? Book a call.
Will it change anything without me?
Not a sample decision or a reply: each is sent to TikTok only after you approve it, one change per approval, within your limits. Its browser loads and reads pages, though, and some of TikTok’s own requests that count as reads can change things in your store, so we don’t promise its browsing never changes anything.
Can a buyer trick it?
What a buyer writes is shown to you as a quote, never followed as an instruction. Drafts are checked for contact details and for offers you haven’t made, but a check can miss a misleading line or a promise you wouldn’t make: read each one. What’s sent is the exact text you approve.
Will it always catch a deadline?
No, though it aims to. It checks each area at least hourly, pings you before a deadline it found in time, and shows when it last looked. It can miss one while TikTok has signed it out or asks for a check, while you’re using its browser, during an outage, or if your phone doesn’t show the ping. On an iPhone, pings need Shinji on your Home Screen. Texts and Slack aren’t available yet.
How is my data handled?
Your store’s session, your chat, what Shinji reads and recordings of each change’s run stay on its private computer. Our team can reach that computer, its screen included, to maintain it; we never act in your store, and never look at its screen while you sign in.
To answer you, Shinji sends Claude your messages and the pages it reads, which can include your buyers’ names, addresses and messages. That goes to Anthropic, which runs Claude, through our account and under its commercial terms. Your decisions, rules, limits and their outcomes are also kept in our journal, off that computer, so losing it doesn’t lose a decision, and so is a reply’s approved text until 30 days after it’s settled; never your buyers’ messages, your chat or your sign-in. A ping on your phone carries no buyer details. Our Privacy Policy has the rest.
How is AI use counted, and what does extra use cost?
The Basic plan includes 2 million usage tokens a week, counted afresh every Monday at 00:00 UTC. A usage token weighs what Claude reads and writes by what it costs, so a long question counts for more than a short one. Shinji shows the week’s use as a share of your plan, tells you at 90% and keeps working; beyond 100% of your weekly allowance, extra use costs $9 per million usage tokens on your next invoice, so a whole extra week’s worth is $18. Your limits cap what Shinji changes, not its AI usage. Sending what you approved uses none.
What does it need from me?
A call first; your TikTok Shop seller account, which you sign in to on Shinji’s computer yourself (best a sub-account you make for it); and a week of noting how long your tasks take, before it does any of them. No rules to write: it starts from defaults you can change. TikTok may ask you to sign in again from time to time, and Shinji tells you when. For now, one person signs in for each store.
When does billing start? Is Shinji approved by TikTok?
Billing starts at checkout, monthly, by card: today, that’s before buyer replies and sample decisions are switched on for your store. Cancel anytime from your billing page; Shinji keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
No. Shinji is independent, and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. It works in your own Seller Center, signed in by you, and you’re responsible for your account under TikTok Shop’s seller policies.
